鲅鱼豆腐火锅
这个是自己琢磨的火锅,其实类似鱼头豆腐火锅,但是不管味道和做法都有不同:首先,我用的是糖醋的做法,火锅汤头的味道是糖醋鱼的味道;其次,这个“卧”字,是将豆腐平铺在锅底,将鱼及汤头倒入火锅中,然后上桌,在吃的时候将鱼盛出,边吃边涮其他东西的同时,豆腐在火锅中也浸入味了。
     至于配菜,大家可以选择各种各样的菜,但是我个人觉得白菜、粉丝、生菜、蘑菇,这些在这个锅里涮起来更好吃些,热呼呼的火锅,冬天吃起来很暖和,营养丰富。

    Steps to make 鲅鱼豆腐火锅

    • 1.准备三条大的肥的鲅鱼。
    • 2. 将鱼收拾干净。
    • 3.将冻豆腐化冻,挤出水分。
    • 4.锅里放入适量底油,热温热就放入鱼煎制。
    • 5.放入葱姜,爆香。
    • 6.放入老抽和酱油。
    • 7.放入适量水。
    • 8.放入姜片。
    • 9.放入花椒、大料。
    • 10.放入白酒。
    • 11.放入盐。
    • 12.放入白糖。
    • 13.放入陈醋。
    • 14.放入味精。
    • 15.将冻豆腐平铺在火锅底。
    • 16.将鱼及鱼汤,倒入火锅中,放入香菜,火锅炉底点火,上桌即可。
