    Steps to make 小雏菊艾草双色馒头

    • 1.摘取鲜嫩的艾蒿叶子清洗干净。
    • 2.锅中放水烧开,加点小勺小苏打,放入艾蒿焯水一分钟。
    • 3.捞出过凉,水越凉越能保持绿色。
    • 4.艾蒿放入破壁机中,加适量水打成艾蒿泥。
    • 5.300g面粉、3g酵母、5g白糖混合,放入艾蒿泥。
    • 6.和成光滑面团,另面粉酵母和成一个白色面团,盖湿布放温暖处发酵。
    • 7.发酵好的绿面团取出放案板揉匀,擀成大面片。
    • 8.白面团也擀成差不多大小厚薄的面片。
    • 9.白、绿面片叠起。
    • 10.从一边卷起。
    • 11.切成小块。
    • 12.小部分白面片用模具压出小雏菊花朵。
    • 13.小雏菊沾水粘在馒头胚上。
    • 14.馒头胚放到笼屉里二次饧发。
    • 15.待馒头胚变大变轻时冷水上锅蒸,水开上汽后蒸15分钟,关火虚蒸5分钟开盖。
    • 16.颜色美美哒,春天的气息扑面而来。
