Steps to make 燕麦酥饼

  • 1.低筋面粉和泡打粉混合后过筛,再加入燕麦片、椰蓉混合在一起。将粉类混合物倒入打发好的黄油里。
  • 2.用橡皮刮刀翻拌,拌匀成为面糊。
  • 3.用小勺挖起小块面糊,放在烤盘上,不用刻意整形.
  • 4.勺子背蘸水,将每一块面糊压扁。
  • 5.将烤盘放入预热好190°的烤箱,烤15分钟左右,至表面金黄.
