蜜汁叉烧肉
叉烧肉我往往都是选用小里脊来做,今天我选用了梅花肉,梅花肉是梅花肉即猪的上肩肉,据说每只猪身上的这块肉只有五六斤,大约有二十厘米长,横切面瘦肉占90%,其间有数条细细的肥肉丝纵横交错,所以吃的时候特别嫩而且香,更是一点也不油腻,其肉质鲜美可口,久煮不老。 我还添加了烤肉料,味道不错哟。今天有点小累,就不罗嗦啦。。直接上菜。

    Steps to make 蜜汁叉烧肉

    • 1.简单的原料。
    • 2.梅花肉洗净擦干水分,用叉子 扎几个眼。
    • 3.将梅花肉放入盆里,加入叉烧酱 蚝油 酱油 烤肉料。
    • 4.放入保鲜袋中。
    • 5.用手揉搓均匀。
    • 6.放入冰箱腌渍1-2天。
    • 7.烤盘铺好锡纸,码满土豆片。
    • 8.剩下的腌料汁兑上蜂蜜搅拌均匀。
    • 9.腌渍好的叉烧肉摆放在烤架上,刷上蜂蜜汁。
    • 10.放入预热好220度的烤箱,烤35-40分钟。
    • 11.叉烧肉烤的过程中,从烤箱取出2-3次,用毛刷蘸蜜汁刷在叉烧肉表面,然后重新放回烤箱。
    • 12.最后一次刷蜜汁最好在出炉前3-5分钟,这样烤出来的叉烧肉会有蜜汁的光泽。
    • 13.烤盘上的土豆片也烤好了,土豆片上沾满了叉烧汁,味道非常赞。
