南瓜酸奶沙拉
喜欢吃南瓜,尤其是那种面甜的南瓜是我的最爱,所以看到这个菜谱就想试试。家里买的有南瓜,自己发的有酸奶,还有丘比香甜味的沙拉酱,食材齐全,随时可以开动。原菜单是将南瓜捣碎然后加酸奶。我则是用了我家的破壁机之间搅拌成了糊状,这样无论是老人还是孩子,即使是给婴儿做辅食也是可以的啦。

  • 丘比香甜沙拉酱1勺

Steps to make 南瓜酸奶沙拉

  • 1.先发酸奶,把鲜牛奶煮熟晾凉至30--40度,加入酸奶菌粉
  • 2.装入消毒过的容器中,保温40度左右,发酵7--8小时,
  • 3.得到浓稠无添加的自制酸奶。
  • 4.南瓜上笼蒸熟
  • 5.切块,
  • 6.葡萄干洗净
  • 7.把酸奶和南瓜放入破壁机杯中,加入香甜味的丘比沙拉酱,开启果蔬功能
  • 8.开启果蔬功能
  • 9.我忘记放葡萄干了,停机放入葡萄干,应该和南瓜等一起放入的。
  • 10.一个果蔬功能结束,香浓细滑的南瓜酸奶就完成了
  • 11.很浓稠哦,放上几颗超大的葡萄干,表面都纹丝不动。严格说的是沙拉泥啦。
