6个月宝宝辅食:蛋黄溶豆
溶豆是很适合小宝宝的一款零食,而且对大宝宝来说,也是不错的选择,尤其是不爱吃蛋的宝宝,可以试试这种做法。

Steps to make 6个月宝宝辅食:蛋黄溶豆

  • 1.蛋清蛋黄分离,碗内要无油无水。蛋黄量少,不要用太大的碗,不好打,就用平常吃米饭的那种小碗,大小就差不多了。
  • 2.打蛋器高速打发,蛋黄颜色会变浅,体积会变大。打到可以划8字,纹路不容易消失,大概五分钟左右。
  • 3.将奶粉放入打好的蛋液中,搅拌到没有干粉就可以。
  • 4.搅拌好的蛋液放入裱花袋,底部剪一个小口,口不要太大,一定要小一点。烤箱先预热90度,然后再来挤豆豆。烤盘垫油纸,不要直接挤烤盘上。
  • 5.挤的时候有尖角没关系,会自己流平,变成圆圆润润的,记得烤盘底部一定要放平。如果溶豆不成形,是蛋黄没有打发,下次记得打发到纹路不容易消失的程度。
  • 6.溶豆一定要低温长时间烘烤,这样才不至于温度过高或者过低。我自己的烤箱是上下火90度,烤60分钟。注意看下自己的烤箱,如果溶豆有点塌陷,可能是温度过低,下次可以调高10度左右。如果溶豆表面糊了,里面还是软的,是温度太高了,下次注意调低10度左右。
  • 7.烤好的溶豆可以轻松的从油纸上拿下来。特别热的时候,溶豆会有点软,如果凉了还软,可以再延长点时间。烤完记得及时拿出来,烤箱有余温的,留在烤箱里面时间长了,也会烤过。
