鲜嫩清蒸鱼

Steps to make 鲜嫩清蒸鱼

  • 1.主料:偏口鱼(长脖鱼)一条。
  • 2.配料:李锦记蒸鱼豉油。
  • 3.鱼洗净后改成花刀后摆盘,入锅蒸十五分钟后关火再焖三分钟(由于此鱼比较新鲜所以不用放姜、葱等)。
  • 4.鱼蒸好后取出。
  • 5.浇上热油后。
  • 6.再淋上蒸鱼豉油即可。
