苹果蛋糕
这款蛋糕第一次做后,虽然非常好吃,但觉得油和糖重了点,第二次做就把黄油和糖的量稍作改动,同时多加了一个鸡蛋。烤蛋糕的时候,就满屋飘香。成品出来后味道非常好,不过我觉得到是不像蛋糕呢,外皮有点像桃酥,但酥软得令人陶醉

  • 黄油180g
  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 苹果520g
  • 细砂糖140g
  • 低筋面粉400g
  • 泡打粉5g

Steps to make 苹果蛋糕

  • 1.黄油称量好。隔水融化后放入细砂糖。
  • 2.用电动打蛋器打制微白。把鸡蛋一个个打入后用刮刀拌匀。
  • 3.拌匀鸡蛋后筛入面粉和泡打粉。
  • 4.用刮刀拌匀成团。
  • 5.取面团的三分之二按至到模具底部和周围,要按平均点。我用的是8寸蛋糕模具。
  • 6.苹果去皮去核切成船型,均匀排满模具。
  • 7.撒上适量白糖(不在用料用量内)(不喜欢吃甜一点的也可以不撒白糖)在撒上一层桂皮粉。
  • 8.剩余的三分之一面团搓成约1cm粗的圆柱。
  • 9.放到苹果上,拍成井字形状。
  • 10..烤箱预热185度,中层上下火,45分钟。观察颜色,可以适当加盖锡纸。
