红烧肉(改良)
老公浙江人,爱吃红烧肉,所以我会时不时做点给他解解馋!这是我改良后的版本,因为是自己家吃,所以没有顾及到它的卖相(封面盗图),不过味道还是很不错的,希望大家喜欢!

  • 肉桂1棵
  • 干山楂5棵
  • 白糖4匙
  • 香醋2匙
  • 料酒4匙

Steps to make 红烧肉(改良)

  • 1.五花肉洗净,去毛,切小块
  • 2.锅里放冷水,加入切好的肉块,三片生姜,适量葱,两勺料酒,大火煮沸,撇去浮沫,转小火,煮20分钟
  • 3.煮好的肉盛出备用
  • 4.锅里倒油,加两大勺白糖,小火翻炒,炒饭变色,微冒泡,加入盛好的肉,快速翻炒,以免沾锅!
  • 5.翻炒过程中,加入葱、姜、桂皮、山楂、适量的盐、两勺香醋
  • 6.加完醋后,加入开水沫过肉,再次加入两勺白糖(根据个人口味),小火煮30分钟
  • 7.大火收汁,快干时关火,根据个人口味加入适量味精出锅
