【Me制豆浆实验室】之豆浆煮鱼

今天小厨就推荐大家一道非常适合冬天吃的菜,天一冷,我们家就特别喜欢喝汤,比如羊肉白萝卜汤,鲫鱼豆腐汤,这都是我们家的最爱,前段给大家介绍过羊肉萝卜汤的做法,今天给小伙伴来推荐鲫鱼豆腐的做法,当然,我的做法和普通的做法有很大的差别哦,这种做法应该很少有人吃过,但是我强烈推荐 大家要试试,这种做法,不仅汤白,还能补钙,口感是只有两个字能形容,那就是“好鲜”。

Steps to make 【Me制豆浆实验室】之豆浆煮鱼

  • 1.黄豆清洗干净,放入豆浆机,加水到最低水位线,黄豆也可以提前泡发。
  • 2.选择豆浆机模式“干湿豆”之后,启动豆浆机,就不用管了。豆浆磨好之后,机器会发出“滴滴滴”的声音。
  • 3.磨好的豆浆,看一下,真正的无渣,不用过滤,用来煮鱼再美味不过了。一个字“鲜”。
  • 4.鲫鱼清洗干净,去掉内脏及黑膜,再在上面划几刀,方便其入味,撒上少量的食盐腌10分钟。
  • 5.豆腐用水冲一下,切成小块待用。
  • 6.热锅放油, 把油烧热,放少量的食盐,再放鲫鱼中火煎至一面上色后翻面再煎至上色。
  • 7.把煎好的鲫鱼铲到锅的一边,放生姜,大蒜煸出香味,再放豆腐,食盐一起,用锅铲轻轻的翻几下让豆腐进盐。
  • 8.倒入磨好的豆浆,大火煮开,中火煮10分钟左右,让汤和鱼的味道充分结合,说真的,好鲜呀。
  • 9.最后撒入一把葱花点缀出锅。开喝吧,冬天多喝点汤,全身都暖和。
