Steps to make 剁椒鱼头

  • 1.鱼头洗净,剖开两半(因为一个人吃所以我只用了半边),抹上盐腌制一会。
  • 2.将生抽和耗油混合均匀备用。
  • 3.盘子放上生姜片和小葱段。
  • 4.放上鱼头,淋上调好的酱汁。
  • 5.放上剁椒,放入蒸锅,水开后蒸20分钟即可。
  • 6.起锅,撒上葱花,炒锅热少许油,浇在蒸好的鱼头上即可。
