新端午糯米美食——伪猪血糯米肠
端午临近,各大超市、市场都在热卖糯米,大家现在都忙着包粽子,可是做剩下来的糯米可以做什么美食呢?我看家里还有灌香肠剩下的猪小肠,就想做猪血糯米肠。除了不吃猪肉的人,只要你吃过,基本没有不爱吃糯米肠的,朝鲜族的猪血糯米肠真是让人欲罢不能。我们鸡西没有卖糯米肠的,我就想要自己做,可是我又不知道到哪里能买到新鲜的猪血,倒见到不少卖血肠的,可是白白的糯米肠,看起来就不会特别有食欲,我想:到底怎么样才能有那种诱人的颜色又能增加食材的营养呢?家里有没有这种东西呢?结果:我的明星食材——黑米,就派上用场了。虽然我做的这个糯米肠在食材上比传统的少了很多,但是说良心话,味道也相当不错,如果你不是较真儿追求正宗糯米肠的味道的话,你也会爱上它。

    Steps to make 新端午糯米美食——伪猪血糯米肠

    • 1.将糯米先淘净,再泡在水中,先泡一小时。
    • 2.将肠衣泡在水中。
    • 3.将黑米泡水。
    • 4.将颜色泡得变浓的黑米水倒入滤出水的糯米中。
    • 5.将其浸泡2小时,让米粒吸收红色的汁水,浸泡好的米滤出水。
    • 6.将锅内留底油,放入葱花爆香。
    • 7.放入浸泡好的糯米。
    • 8.放入盐。
    • 9.放入五香粉。
    • 10.放入酱油。
    • 11. 放入味精,盛出。
    • 12.将泡好的肠衣套在漏斗上(我的灌肠器在妈妈那里,所以就有这个代替了),让炒好的糯米放入漏斗里,用筷子推入肠衣中,要慢慢的。
    • 13.将灌好的肠用绳每大概一15cm左右结一段,留适量空间,否则蒸的时候会膨胀爆开。
    • 14.用牙签在肠体上插几个洞,上屉大火蒸30分钟后即可。
