12个月以上辅食圣诞节米糕
这个看起来好像奶油蛋糕,其实不是奶油做的,而且也不需要烤箱,只用一个蒸锅就可以做出来哦。
白色的是山药也可以用土豆但是做出来会偏黄,白色会更像圣诞老人。
现在已经有草莓了,趁着圣诞节买点草莓给孩子一个仪式感满满的圣诞节吧。

Steps to make 12个月以上辅食圣诞节米糕

  • 1.准备好各种材料,米糕粉都已经配比好了就不需要糖了。
  • 2.山药带皮蒸熟,没有山药可以用土豆但是颜色会偏黄,草莓用面粉洗一洗然后再用流水冲洗干净。
  • 3.米糕粉+110g牛奶混合成这样没有疙瘩的状态。
  • 4.准备两个纸杯,把米糕糊糊倒入 刚刚好满满的两个,浅一点能做三个。
  • 5.锅里烧开水然后放入米糕杯子中火蒸20分钟。
  • 6.80g山药用叉子碾压成泥+水20g。
  • 7.用筛子过筛这样才更细腻好挤这个一定不能省略。
  • 8.准备这个裱花嘴,这样可以做出漂亮的花纹 如果没有最好买一个不然做出来不好看。
  • 9.把米糕蒸熟拿出来切去顶上不平高出来的部分。
  • 10.用山药泥抹一层表面这个就是脸。
  • 11.用裱花嘴挤一圈中间空一格出来放草莓 。
  • 12.草莓切半放上去顶上是做成帽子,草莓切出来一个圆圆的做鼻子,黑芝麻酱做眼睛,也可以用黑芝麻一颗放上面。
  • 13.胡子用牙签挑一点出来就可以。
  • 14.这个是帽子,放上一整颗草莓,然后围一圈就好了。
