  • 1.无明矾大油条一根,丝瓜一根。

  • 5.锅内倒入少许食用油,油热后,将大蒜切片放入锅中,小火煸香。
  • 6.将丝瓜倒入。
  • 7.快速翻炒。
  • 8.煮熟的莲子也倒入锅子里。
  • 9.转大火,迅速翻炒。
  • 10.加入一小勺盐。加盐后,丝瓜本身会出一点点水。
  • 11.如果想让丝瓜口感更软嫩一些,可以淋入一小碗清水。
  • 12.稍微将丝瓜和莲子炖一下下,令二者变软。
  • 13.这个时候,就可以勾芡了。淋入一小碗水淀粉,翻炒均匀。
  • 14.一点点味精,提个鲜。
  • 15.倒入油条。
  • 16.关火!用锅铲将油条和丝瓜烩匀即可。
