  • 1.备牛肉

  • 5.牛肉沥干水分,入锅上糖色
  • 6.锅中加足量的温水,用小手勺撇浮沫

  • 9.另起一锅,烧至5、6成热倒入郫县豆瓣,小火炒至酥香吐油。
  • 10.倒入锅中
  • 11.放入生抽
  • 12.土豆洗净去皮
  • 13.切成滚刀块
  • 14.土豆入开水焯制,10秒后捞出
  • 15.放盐
  • 16.土豆入锅
  • 17.中小火炖20左右分钟即成
