【家常菜】梅菜扣肉 (简易版)
很简单,很美味,很家常的一道家常菜!

    Steps to make 【家常菜】梅菜扣肉 (简易版)

    • 1.准备好材料。(梅菜提前泡发好,五花肉也提前淖过水了)
    • 2.切好葱,姜,蒜,小辣椒备用。
    • 3.将淖过水的五花肉切成大段。
    • 4.锅内倒少许油,把五花肉放着两面煎黄。(嫌麻烦可以身略油煎这步;千万记得用锅盖盖着,不然容易溅到!)
    • 5.煎至表面稍稍变黄即可。
    • 6.煎好的五花肉切成小段。
    • 7.锅内留余油,爆香葱,姜,蒜,小辣椒。
    • 8.爆香后把沥干水分的梅菜倒入翻炒。
    • 9.把切小断的五花肉放入继续翻炒。
    • 10.加入白糖1大勺。
    • 11.再加入盐半勺。
    • 12.老抽1大勺。
    • 13.最后再加入蚝油1小勺。
    • 14.倒入清水没过梅菜和五花肉。
    • 15.盖上锅盖中火10分钟左右。(记得中途开盖翻炒均匀)
    • 16.烧至汤汁浓稠后即可关火,撒少许鸡精出锅装盘。
    • 17.来块五花肉尝尝吧~
    • 18.很家常菜的一道菜,也是我最最爱吃的一道菜。
