Steps to make 鲜百合山药鸡汤

  • 1.鸡一只处理干净。
  • 2.山药与鲜百合。没有新鲜的可以用百合干。
  • 3.老鸡剁大块。
  • 4.锅中加入姜片,葱烧开水,加入鸡块氽烫几秒。
  • 5.把鸡块加入砂锅中,加入适量清水。
  • 6.加盖,大火烧开转小火炖2小时。
  • 7.炖鸡期间,处理其他食材,山药去皮切厚片用清水泡着备用。
  • 8.鲜百合掰开,清洗干净。
  • 9.2小时后,加入山药,小火炖数分钟。
  • 10.加入百合,稍煮。
  • 11.加入适量枸杞,最后加盐调味即可。
