最简单的焦糖布丁
夏天来了,天气炎热!吃点小甜品心情就觉得很是清爽,也可作为饭后甜点,小孩子更爱它!

  • 牛奶250克
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 砂糖50克
  • 砂糖(焦糖)60克
  • 水(焦糖)2汤匙
  • 热水(焦糖)1汤匙

Steps to make 最简单的焦糖布丁

  • 1.牛奶和糖一起倒进锅中中小火煮,(边煮边搅动)煮到锅边冒小泡后关火凉凉,
  • 2.鸡蛋打散,慢慢倒凉了的牛奶,边倒边搅匀成鸡蛋糊。
  • 3.鸡蛋糊要过筛两三次,放一边置30分钟,可以来煮焦糖了!
  • 4.糖和水倒锅中开中小火煮,边煮边晃动锅子,煮到琥珀色后加1勺热水,(注意不要溅到身上)
  • 5.煮好的焦糖倒入碗中,可以放冰箱冷藏几分钟,让焦糖凝固,取一深烤盘,里面加大半满的水,再倒入布丁液。
  • 6.烤箱150度30分钟,时间根据自家烤箱定。(注意不要烤太老了)
