  • 2.甲鱼处理干净。
  • 3.剁小块,加葱,姜汆水。
  • 4.黑木耳泡发,汆水。
  • 5.鹌鹑蛋煮熟,去壳。
  • 6.汆好的甲鱼洗净。
  • 7.加清水,葱,姜烧开,
  • 8.小火炖90分钟左右。
  • 9.加上鹌鹑蛋,黑木耳,盐再次烧开,小火炖十几分钟。
  • 10.撒点蒜叶,胡椒粉就可以。
