叉烧排骨
叉烧是广东特色酱料,多呈红色,略甜。可制作多种美味佳肴,包括有叉烧肉、叉烧包、叉烧饭、叉烧酥等等。其中叉烧肉和叉烧包是最为有名,而这两种我都做过。
看着冰箱里还有剩余的酱料和前几天买的小排,于是便想尝试的做叉烧排骨。其做法相当简单,总共就3个步骤:清洗、腌制和烧制。做好的排骨色泽油亮偏红,非常诱人。经过数小时的腌制,使排骨吃起来非常入味,且酱香浓郁,甜香适口。

Steps to make 叉烧排骨

  • 1.小排先用清水侵泡半小时后洗净,叉烧酱准备好
  • 2.把叉烧酱放进排骨里充分抓匀,盖上保鲜膜放入冷藏室腌制12小时以上
  • 3.锅中倒油,开中火
  • 4.油烧热后倒入腌制好的排骨煸炒一会,再倒一小碗清水,盖上锅盖小火烧40分钟,中途要多次翻炒,以免干锅
  • 5.汤汁收干后即可出锅
  • 6.盛入碗内即可享用
