超柔软的肉松火腿面包
崽崽不爱吃甜面包,偏偏对咸面包爱不释口,唉!为难老妈子我了,每天变着花样给他做各种各样的咸面包。

  • 牛奶150-170g
  • 酵母4g
  • 40g
  • 黄油45g
  • 3g
  • 火腿一根

Steps to make 超柔软的肉松火腿面包

  • 1.除了黄油,盐,酵母,其他主材料放进去搅拌成团后,盖上保鲜膜放冰箱冷藏4小时。
  • 2.四小时之后拿出来,先加入盐和酵母开2挡搅拌一分钟,再加入黄油搅打至出薄膜。
  • 3.盖上保鲜膜,室温发酵俩倍大。
  • 4.将发酵好的面团分割成9分,每份约65克。
  • 5.滚圆,盖上保鲜膜松弛15分钟。
  • 6.将面团擀成椭圆形,挤上适量沙拉酱,撒上适量肉松和火腿。
  • 7.对折,将口子捏紧。
  • 8.做好的面团摆放好,进行第二次发酵。
  • 9.发酵好后,在面团上刷一层鸡蛋液,挤上沙拉酱,然后撒上葱花和芝士。
  • 10.放入预热好的烤箱,180度,烤20分钟。
