孟老师有到红糖香米马芬,此米换彼米,应当也不错。不一定完全按照原方制作,最快捷的,就是把各种稀料混合之后再加入粉料。10分钟的操作,加上20-30分钟的烘烤,红糖酒酿马芬,迅速从构想变成现实。
起发得还算不错,红糖的香味,并没有什么酒酿的味道。而那些米粒,对于不加分辨张口就咬的人来说,完全看不到,也吃不到。

  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 玉米油40克
  • 低筋粉75克
  • 泡打粉1/4小勺

  • 1.用料
  • 2.将红糖牛奶倒入大碗,搅拌至红糖基本溶化
  • 3.加入鸡蛋和油,搅拌均匀
  • 4.倒入酒酿米粒
  • 5.将米粒打散
  • 6.低筋粉和泡打粉混合,筛入碗中
  • 7.拌成均匀面糊
  • 8.装入纸杯,2/3满
  • 9.放入烤箱,中层,上火190度,下火180度,烤25分钟左右
  • 10.出炉
