老妈平时爱看电视,还喜欢吃糯米的美食,但糯米吃多不易消化,如果在其中加上南瓜既开发了一道南瓜新美食,又能降低糯米的用量,还能补充丰富的β-胡萝卜素,以提高视力水平、缓解眼部疲劳。说干就干。为了让营养更丰富,颜色更漂亮,我还用了一根胡萝卜。

Steps to make 南瓜胡萝卜糯米丸子

  • 1.材料大合影:南瓜、胡萝卜、糯米粉、粘米粉、盐、泡打粉。
  • 2.将适量南瓜去皮去籽,擦成细丝;胡萝卜也擦细丝。
  • 3.糯米粉和粘米粉1:1的比例和盐、泡打粉同入盆中,先用勺子混合均匀,再将南瓜丝和胡萝卜丝倒入粉类中。
  • 4.用勺子将材料混合,并将太长的南瓜丝和胡萝卜丝斩短。
  • 5.加入适量凉水,搅拌成浓稠糊状。
  • 6.丸子烤盘加热;倒入适量金龙鱼添加25%特级初榨橄榄油食用植物调和油,并用刷子将油均匀地分布在每个小丸子窝里。
  • 7.无需等油热,用小勺将南瓜胡萝卜糯米浆舀入丸子窝里。
  • 8.等底部定型后,用筷子将丸子轻轻翻动,空出来的位置里再放入适量南瓜胡萝卜米糊;待新的米浆定型后,再转一下,将空出的位置再放米糊;总共补两次即成饱满的丸子。
  • 9.将丸子不时地翻动,使其全身变成金黄色,表皮形成薄薄的脆皮即可出。
  • 10.蘸着香辣酱或者番茄酱的小丸子外焦里嫩,有浓浓的南瓜和胡萝卜香味,即能当菜又能当饭。
