蜂蜜烧仙草

  • 清水1000ml
  • 薄荷少许
  • 调和水250ml
  • 蜂蜜随意

Steps to make 蜂蜜烧仙草

  • 1.仙草粉50g与250ml水混合。
  • 2.充分搅拌,不能有颗粒物。
  • 3.汤锅内注入清水1000ml烧开。
  • 4.水开后,倒入仙草糊,小火,在煮的过程中要小火并不停搅拌(只能向一个方向搅拌)
  • 5.煮开后关火。
  • 6.倒入容器冷凉后即可食用(放冰箱冷藏更好)
  • 7.浇上蜂蜜点缀些薄荷叶,可以吃了!
