奶茶冻芝士

  • 牛奶150毫升
  • 奶油奶酪250克

Steps to make 奶茶冻芝士

  • 1.将花果茶用150毫升水泡好后滤去茶渣,晾至温热后加入一片泡软的吉利丁片,放入冰箱冷藏成花果茶冻后切小块备用。
  • 2.将消化饼干放入保鲜袋中压碎。
  • 3.黄油隔水融化。
  • 4.将饼干末倒入黄油中搅拌均匀。
  • 5.模具底部垫油纸,将饼干末倒入模具底部压实成饼干底,放入冰箱冷藏备用。
  • 6.奶油奶酪室温软化。
  • 7.两片吉利丁片放入凉水中泡软。
  • 8.红茶加入100毫升热水泡开,滤去茶渣,晾至温热。
  • 9.准备好牛奶150毫升。
  • 10.将泡软的吉利丁片滤去水分,放入红茶中搅拌至融化。
  • 11.将牛奶倒入红茶吉利丁液中搅拌均匀。
  • 12.奶油奶酪加入糖打发至蓬松。
  • 13.少量多次加入奶茶液制成芝士糊,每次倒入奶茶液都要搅拌均匀在加入下一次。
  • 14.将芝士糊倒入模具约三分之一。
  • 15.加入适量的花草茶冻。
  • 16.倒入剩下的芝士糊,放入冰箱冷藏4小时以上后食用。
