Steps to make 浓香四溢---椰汁咖喱牛肉

  • 1.将牛肉洗净切见方小块,入沸水中,加姜片、葱段、料酒,汆烫5分钟,以去除血水,捞出沥干水分备用。
  • 2.炖锅置火上加入牛肉、姜块、葱段、香叶、适量水,小火慢炖40-60分钟。
  • 3.牛肉炖至酥烂,关火备用。
  • 4.胡萝卜、土豆洗净去皮,分别切成均等的滚刀块;洋葱去外皮洗净,切成瓣状。
  • 5.锅置火上少许油煸炒胡萝卜、土豆。
  • 6.放入块咖喱翻炒至均匀。
  • 7.加入牛肉块、牛肉原汤、调少许盐,以中小火焖煮15分钟。
  • 8.倒入椰浆,随即加入洋葱。
  • 9.转至中火焖煮约5分钟,汤汁浓稠即可。
