  • 黄油125g
  • 淡奶油185g
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 柠檬皮屑1个
  • 面粉25g
  • 白砂糖25g
  • 1/8小勺
  • 泡打粉10g
  • 蓝莓185g
  • 黄油,冷藏25g
  • 杏仁粉25g

Steps to make 暴酱蓝莓酥顶马芬

  • 1.烤箱预热到180度。先做酥顶。把25g杏仁粉、25g面粉,25g白砂糖混合在一起,倒入25g黄油。
  • 2.用手搓成酥粒状。放入冰箱冷藏备用。
  • 3.把面粉,糖、盐、泡打粉过筛,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.加入柠檬皮屑,搅拌均匀。
  • 5.把黄油和淡奶油隔水加入融化并搅拌均匀。
  • 6.待凉后加入打散的鸡蛋,搅拌均匀。
  • 7.把鸡蛋溶液倒入干材料内,搅拌均匀。不要过度搅拌哦~
  • 8.再加入洗干净的2/3蓝莓,搅拌。
  • 9.把原料糊分别装入纸杯中,差不多3/4满。再放上剩余的蓝莓。
  • 10.最后把做好的酥粒均匀放在上面。入烤箱烘烤。
  • 11.入烤箱烘烤,约25分钟左右。直到竹签插入没有湿面糊为止。
