桃山皮月饼

  • 奶粉35g
  • 熟面粉30g

Steps to make 桃山皮月饼

  • 1.白芸豆用水浸泡一天
  • 2.剥去外壳
  • 3.放高压锅中,加入末过豆的水,盖盖烧开上汽后转小火20分钟
  • 4.放入料理机中打成细腻的豆泥
  • 5.倒到不粘锅中,加入冰糖粉和米糠油,小火炒制
  • 6.炒制粘稠有明显纹路即可
  • 7.晾晾,加入黄油和奶粉拌匀
  • 8.加入熟面粉拌匀
  • 9.揉成团
  • 10.分成三份,分别加入紫薯粉、可可粉和红曲粉,完全揉匀成桃山皮
  • 11.桃山皮分成20克每份
  • 12.做好的五仁馅分成30克每份,揉成小圆团
  • 13.取一个饼皮压成中间厚四周薄,放入五仁馅,收好口成圆形
  • 14.月饼模里抹一层熟糕粉防粘,把月饼压倒烤盘上
  • 15.月饼上喷水,放到预热好的烤箱中,中层上下火150度18分钟左右,不用烤上色
  • 16.烤好的月饼
