花生一口酥
自制了一些花生酱,味道非常纯正,今天用这个花生酱来做个花生酥,非常讨家人喜欢,由于饼干类油量比较大,我做得比较少,这次做好准备周末出去玩的时候带上,结果很快被家人消灭一半,看来在美味面前,控制热量是那么滴难......
花生酱是自制的,油量不同,我的方子也是自创的,亲们做的时候要根据干湿度来调节面粉的用量,最后面团刚好可以搓成小圆球即可,做的时候花生碎一定不要放太少,不然吃到嘴里的感觉是粉粉的,花生碎多的花生酥是非常香甜酥脆的,下面来看看具体做法......

  • 低筋面粉200克
  • 花生油60克
  • 花生酱120克
  • 花生仁70克
  • 牛奶20克
  • 细砂糖40克
  • 泡打粉1克

Steps to make 花生一口酥

  • 1.花生仁放入烤箱中层,上下火,120度,烤十分钟左右至酥脆
  • 2.芝麻酱里加入牛奶、花生油、细砂糖,拌匀
  • 3.烤好的花生去皮,切成小颗粒状
  • 4.花生酱混合液里筛入低筋面粉、泡打粉
  • 5.加入花生碎,轻轻揉成面团
  • 6.搓成15克左右的圆球,放到铺好油纸的烤盘里
  • 7.用裱花嘴按压出形状
  • 8.放到预热好的烤箱中层,上下火,180度,烤18分钟左右
  • 9.出炉了
