炸香椿鱼
香椿芽被誉为树上的蔬菜,以头茬为最好。香椿含香椿素等挥发性芳香族有机物,可健脾开胃,增加食欲;香椿含有维生素E和性激素物质,有抗衰老和补阳滋阴的作用,故有“助孕素”的美称。香椿具有清热利湿、利尿解毒之功效,是辅助治疗肠炎、痢疾、泌尿系统感染的良药;香椿的挥发气味能透过蛔虫的表皮,使蛔虫不能附着在肠壁上而被排出体外,可用治蛔虫病。
今天用它裹上面粉入油锅炸一下,外形真的好像一条条小鱼!

Steps to make 炸香椿鱼

  • 1.香椿芽洗净控干水分,用剪子剪去根部
  • 2.锅中煮开水,放入香椿芽
  • 3.看到变成绿色就捞出
  • 4.取一盆加入适量面粉
  • 5.把全蛋液倒入面粉中
  • 6.再加入清水搅拌成无颗粒的均匀的面糊
  • 7.加入盐、白胡椒粉、鸡粉拌匀
  • 8.先取一根香椿芽裹上干淀粉
  • 9.再裹上面糊
  • 10.放入已经烧至6成热的油锅中,中小火炸至香椿芽表面金黄出锅
  • 11.捞出用厨房纸吸油即可
