老公带着宝宝去逛超市,带了半只鸭子回来叫我做烤鸭吃。
我知道这些天一直吃鱼,老公的馋劲犯了,想吃肉了。呵呵~~~做就做吧,只要有销路,还怕做不出来吗?

Steps to make 烤鸭

  • 1.鸭子去杂质洗净,晾干。
  • 2.用牙签在表面刺些小孔,撒些盐揉匀.
  • 3.用料酒,糖,先抽,甜面酱,孜然粉,五香粉,姜,蒜,等调成腌汁,
  • 4.把鸭子放入大盆,倒入腌汁,反复揉匀,使其入味.
  • 5.把鸭子与腌汁一起放入保鲜袋,扎紧袋口,放入冰箱过24个钟头。
  • 6.取出鸭子,放在烤网上,晾至表面无水分.
  • 7.放入烤箱中层,上下火,170度,烤30分钟.
  • 8.取出鸭子,
  • 9.用蜂蜜,香醋调成汁,
  • 10.刷在鸭子的表面.
  • 11.再入烤箱烤25分钟.
  • 12.再刷上一层蜂蜜汁.
  • 13.再入烤箱,中层,170度25分钟,
  • 14.取出,再刷一层蜂蜜汁,在鸭脚与鸭翅膀处包上锡纸,
  • 15.再烤15分钟,关火取出.
  • 16.吃时,蘸上甜面酱即可.
