Steps to make 小白菜肉丸汤

  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.小白菜清洗干净切段。
  • 3.胡萝卜去皮切丝;姜切丝。
  • 4.肉末中加点盐、姜葱末和蚝油。
  • 5.顺一个方向搅拌上劲。
  • 6.肉末做成肉丸子放沸水中焯10秒丸子成型捞出。
  • 7.砂锅中加水1800ml,放入肉丸子和姜丝滚开转小火煮10分钟。
  • 8.加入小白菜和胡萝卜煮稍煮。
  • 9.最后放入盐、芝麻油调味就可以了。
