蓝水晶海洋慕斯
如果不去马尔代夫,也许我这辈子都不知道海水的颜色应该是水晶般的碧蓝,大连的海已经找不到一处碧蓝了,心存满满的遗憾,做个海洋慕斯吧,以此慰藉受伤的心!可是照片拍出来,由于光线不好,效果跟实际上的颜色差了很多,实际上这个慕斯蛋糕真的很美,那蓝色的酒冻就像是一块块晶莹剔透的水晶,美极了!

Details of ingredients

  • 8寸戚风蛋糕体一个
  • 淡奶油200g
  • 吉利丁片35g
  • 老酸奶200g
  • 芒果250g
  • 雪碧50ml
  • 白砂糖100g
  • 蓝橙酒200ml

Steps to make 蓝水晶海洋慕斯

  • 1.新鲜的芒果切丁,和160克酸奶混合
  • 2.用料理机打成泥
  • 3.吉利丁片4片用水泡软
  • 4.用40克的老酸奶加入泡软的吉利丁片隔水加热
  • 5.奶油加白砂糖打发,大概6、7分的样子
  • 6.芒果泥和奶油混合,加入吉利丁溶液搅匀,这就是慕斯馅
  • 7.提前烘焙好的戚风蛋糕分成两片,剪去边角,比模具小一圈为好,铺上一片
  • 8.倒入混合好的慕斯馅
  • 9.再铺上另一片
  • 10.把剩余的慕斯液倒入模具中,入冰箱冷藏4个小时以上
  • 11.准备蓝橙酒200克
  • 12.吉利丁3片隔水融化
  • 13.蓝橙酒加适量雪碧,倒入吉利丁溶液,放冰箱冷藏
  • 14.冷藏好的蓝橙酒冻切碎,开始装饰慕斯
  • 15.白巧克力做成贝壳,木糠粉做成沙滩,椰蓉做浪花即可
