砂锅炖鲳鱼

  • 1.准备好食材:如图,腐竹提前泡软,配料改刀切好。
  • 2.先处理好鲳鱼,然后切厚片。
  • 3.将鱼块放大碗中,加入黄豆酱,胡椒粉,糖,酱油,米酒拌匀腌制30分钟。
  • 4.泡好的腐竹也改刀切段备用。
  • 5.砂锅放少许油,放入葱白姜片小火炒香。
  • 6.将腌制好的鱼块摆入锅中。
  • 7.腐竹摆入。
  • 8.最后把酱汁也倒入,盖上盖子中火炖煮20分钟。
  • 9.打开盖子看下,还有些酱汁,这样刚好。
  • 10.放入香芹,葱段焖一分钟即可关火。
  • 11.咕嘟咕嘟炖菜上桌啦。
