  • 1.材料
  • 2.腊肠分条切粗粒,胡萝卜去皮切小粒,土豆切粗条,煮熟搅拌后自然断更有土豆味
  • 3.大米洗净,瘦肉切小粒,入盐、少许生粉抓匀
  • 4.热油锅,加盐炒香土豆条
  • 5.入肉粒
  • 6.入大米,稍稍拌炒
  • 7.转入电饭锅里
  • 8.加水,比平时煮饭的水少些,煮好的饭才粒粒有嚼头
  • 9.铺上豌豆、胡萝卜,堆放腊肠粒,因为腊肠很空易熟的
  • 10.我选择‘快煮’模式,20分钟就好了,满屋的腊味土豆香味
  • 11.关电源再焖几分钟吃水,吃时用饭勺拌匀就好
  • 12.在家吃过,外出春游草地上还是那么香。
