满肚子膏熟鱿鱼
今天来分享一道熟食鱿鱼,去菜市场买的熟的鱿鱼来回,然后加工一下,虽然是熟食,但是在菜市场难免有些不干净细菌的,所以买回来再煮一下比较好。

Steps to make 满肚子膏熟鱿鱼

  • 1.准备熟的鱿鱼,和葱切段,红椒切条(有姜的话加点姜更好)。
  • 2.锅中煮水,放入盐,水开倒一些食用油,然后把葱段和红椒丝放进去。
  • 3.水开下熟鱿鱼煮一分钟左右,目的是为了杀菌消毒,而且吃热乎一点的比较好。
  • 4.即可捞出摆盘。
  • 5.里面慢慢的鱿鱼膏,很香,然后调一些酱料粘着吃很美味!
  • 6.酱料:酱油、辣椒油、蒜蓉、小米辣、葱花、盐、白砂糖,姜末,(可根据自己的喜欢调)
