自制酸奶
我小时候就特别爱喝酸奶,但是酸奶大都含有增稠剂,喝多了血液会变粘稠,所以我就不那么敢喝了。不过自制酸奶就不用担心了,放开喝吧!

Steps to make 自制酸奶

  • 1.酸奶机的内胆与搅拌勺用开水冲烫杀菌。
  • 2.倒入250克牛奶之后加入一颗酸奶菌搅拌均匀。
  • 3.倒入剩下500克牛奶后放入适量砂糖。
  • 4.搅拌均匀之后会发现牛奶表面上有少量油花,如果保证模具冲烫干净并把水倒掉的话这些油就是牛奶中的油脂,所以不必担心。
  • 5.内胆放入酸奶机,做酸奶模式。如果是夏天气温比较高的话你可以将时间缩短到8到9小时。
  • 6.酸奶功能执行完之后将内胆取出,酸奶还是热的。
  • 7.用干净的勺子将酸奶舀出,加入蜂蜜或白砂糖调味,搅拌均匀即可。
  • 8.加上水果搭配更好。
