蔓越莓饼干
好久没做饼干了,趁着女儿放假在家,两人一起动手开做,我很享受这种暖暖的氛围,聪明懂事的女儿总是创意无限,让我倍感开心。

  • 黄油75g
  • 糖粉50g
  • 全蛋液15g

Steps to make 蔓越莓饼干

  • 1.准备材料,蔓越莓事先用少许葡萄酒浸泡,切细。今天实际的用量比配方要多,不过也是按这个配方换算过来的。
  • 2.室温软化的黄油。
  • 3.加入糖粉和全蛋液,搅拌均匀,不需要打发。
  • 4.搅拌好的黄油。
  • 5.放入切细的蔓越莓。
  • 6.筛入低筋面粉。
  • 7.用橡皮刮刀搅拌,直至没有干粉。
  • 8.放在保鲜膜中把面团整形成宽约4CM,高约3CM的长方体.并放入冰箱冷冻至硬(约1个小时)。大小形状可依自己喜欢做,我今天就做了长方形和三角形两种。
  • 9.冻硬的面团用刀切成厚约5—7mm的片,放入烤盘中。
  • 10.这盘是三角形的。
  • 11.放进预热好的烤箱,165度,中层,约15—20分钟,至表面微金黄色。即可。
  • 12.烤好的饼干。
  • 13.刚出炉时有点软,凉后就酥脆了。
