很多粤式餐厅都有做叉烧,我和女儿都很喜欢吃,喜欢蜜汁的甜,喜欢烤肉的香。为了吃到更放心的肉,还是自己动手比较好。每次做一斤一天就能全部吃光。

  • 猪肉800克
  • 叉烧酱2汤匙
  • 生抽2汤匙
  • 老抽1勺
  • 料酒1勺
  • 白糖1汤匙
  • 2克
  • 麦芽糖20ml

Steps to make 蜜汁叉烧

  • 1.猪肉洗净,将叉烧酱,生抽,老抽,料酒,白糖搅拌均匀后放入猪肉,腌24小时。中间拿出两次翻面。
  • 2.猪肉放到烤网,烤箱220度,热风模式上下管加热45分钟
  • 3.送入烤箱后可以准备蜜汁了。我是用麦芽糖和温水按1:1比例搅开,每烤10分钟拿出一次刷上,要两面都刷。这是第一次刷。
  • 4.这是最后一次刷。
  • 5.香喷喷的烤肉出炉了!
  • 6.切片上盘。
