菠萝果酱
又到了吃菠萝的季节了~自制的果酱,真材实料,没有添加剂,吃着放心!抹面包,夹蛋糕,菠萝果酱自然少不了!

  • 菠萝1个(去皮2斤左右)
  • 柠檬汁少量(没有可不加)

Steps to make 菠萝果酱

  • 1.熬果酱之前先准备容器,最好是玻璃瓶,开水烫过或者煮过,晾干水份。我是洗好直接放消毒柜里消毒了。
  • 2.菠萝去皮,切块,盐水里稍微浸泡一会。
  • 3.泡好的菠萝切丁,放入料理机里打成蓉(喜欢颗粒感的,可以把外面软的部分留一些不打碎)。
  • 4.打成蓉的菠萝倒入锅内,加入300克白砂糖,小火熬制。白糖的量可以根据自己口味酌情增减。
  • 5.小火慢慢熬,加入少量柠檬汁(半个柠檬挤出的汁,或者几滴浓缩柠檬汁,没有可以不加)。熬制过程注意搅拌,不要糊底了。
  • 6.继续熬,直到粘稠,菠萝酱在勺子上不容易滑落即可。
  • 7.熬好的菠萝酱,稍微晾一会,倒入准备好的容器中,盖好盖子,倒扣,凉了之后放冰箱里。注意吃的时候用干净无水无油的勺子取哦。
