自制牛蒡茶
从妈妈家拿来的牛蒡干煸了一次,剩下的较细的忘了冷藏,也没时间做就有点干巴了,其实这细的是最好的,前几年出口日本的时候,这样的是最值钱的,一个值五六元呢,粗壮的反而没人要。所以我也不舍得扔了,就想起牛蒡茶一般都是如此大小的做的,遂查了下做法,非常简单,就试了一下,果然的好喝。牛蒡茶可降脂、通便,清热解毒祛湿、健脾开胃通便、平衡血压、调节血脂、补血补钙、滋阴壮阳、润泽肌肤、美容祛斑。”,《本草纲目》中详载:牛蒡性温、味甘无毒,通十二经脉、除五脏恶气,久服轻身耐老。牛蒡茶具有一面排除人体毒素,一面以营养成分进行滋补和调理的特点,符合中医“一消,必有一补”的理论。此外,牛蒡茶中含有大量牛蒡甙和木脂素,其中牛蒡甙元是抗癌活性物质。可与人参媲美,有“东洋参”的美誉。

    Steps to make 自制牛蒡茶

    • 1.牛蒡洗净,去掉一些毛须。
    • 2.横切(或斜切)成约厚0.3厘米的片。
    • 3.平摊晾晒,
    • 4.约3天可干。也可用烤箱低温烤干,但须数小时,自然干最好。
    • 5.炒锅刷干净,保证无油,烧热后,放入晒干的牛蒡干小火焙至表面微黄。
    • 6.凉透后放密封瓶保存。 用开水冲泡2-3分钟即可饮用(可反复冲泡多次),也可以配以冰糖、红枣、洋参冲泡效果更佳,还可以放少许蜂蜜,预防上火。泡至无色后,嚼食之效果更佳。
