芝麻酱
无需加入一滴油的纯芝麻酱,已经是第二次做了,用的是不脱皮的白芝麻,炒香后磨成的酱料,浓稠味香,夏天的各种凉拌系列的灵魂酱,自己做更健康。

Steps to make 芝麻酱

  • 1.白芝麻
  • 2.倒入盆内注入清水把浮起的芝麻全部去掉
  • 3.沥干水分后倒出晾干水分
  • 4.倒入锅中用中火炒
  • 5.一直炒到锅内有劈啪响声,用手指能轻松捏碎后熄火
  • 6.倒入大一点的盆里,用筷子迅速划散
  • 7.等凉透后倒入料理机里按酱料档
  • 8.借助搅拌棒使得芝麻轻松的碾碎
  • 9. 第一次时间到后已经有酱料的状态了
  • 10.第3次结束后把边上的麻酱和中间的拌均匀
  • 11.再一次搅拌结束后就成了细腻的芝麻酱
  • 12.倒入无油无水的瓶子里进冰箱冷藏
  • 13.酱料非常细腻,味道很香
