  • 鸡精1勺
  • 1勺
  • 味精半勺
  • 香油10g
  • 葱姜水10ml

Steps to make 金玉满堂钱袋子

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.香菇提前用水泡发。
  • 3.香菜洗净用热水烫一下。
  • 4.泡入冷水中备用。

  • 6.香菇攥干水分,打碎。
  • 7.熟玉米切下粒来。
  • 8.油豆腐打碎。
  • 9.干豆腐切大小适合的方块。
  • 10.把所有材料放到盆中,因为之前肉馅里面已经有底味了,所以就再加入些耗油和香油拌匀就行了。
  • 11.用勺子在干豆腐中间加入肉馅。
  • 12.把四个角捏在一起,用烫软的香菜当做绳子,把干豆腐包子绑紧。
  • 13.包好的干豆腐肉包,像不像钱袋子?
  • 14.把包好的钱袋子放入蒸箱,100℃蒸30分钟。
  • 15.另外一盘用辣椒圈绑口。
  • 16.另一版的钱袋子。
  • 17.蒸好后取出,盘子里面会有蒸出来的汤汁。
  • 18.把汤汁倒入锅中。
  • 19.加入淀粉和泡香菇的水,小火熬至起泡,加入橄榄油,明油提亮。
  • 20.把熬好的汁液浇在钱袋子上,完美装盘。
  • 21.两盘钱袋子,就是捆钱的绳子不一样啊!
