  • 1.备材料,洋葱、菜心杆、红萝卜均切颗粒
  • 2.热锅,下油爆香洋葱粒
  • 3.下猪肉末、虾仁炒至转白
  • 4.下玉米、菜心、红萝卜与调味料,下半碗水,煮开
  • 5.下饭炒散
  • 6.炒至材料完全吸收了咖喱汁,9成干,关火即可食用
