  • 1.蛋白蛋黄分开。
  • 2.取两颗香蕉放入蛋黄中。
  • 3.用打蛋器压碎打匀。
  • 4.加入酸奶,打匀,再加入玉米油,打匀。
  • 5.筛入低粉。
  • 6.上下切拌均匀。
  • 7.蛋白中滴入少许白醋,放一点点盐,打成鱼眼泡,分三次放入糖。
  • 8.打至提起打蛋嚣有直立小勾。
  • 9.将三分之一蛋白放入蛋黄糊中,拌匀。
  • 10.再将拌好的蛋糊倒入剩下的蛋白中拌匀。
  • 11.倒入烤盘用力震几下以消除大泡。
  • 12.烤箱预热160度,15分钟后,转150度再烤45分钟出炉倒扣,放凉后脱模。
