巧克力彩糖饼干

Steps to make 巧克力彩糖饼干

  • 1.将黄油提前室温软化,加入糖粉,用手动打蛋器搅打均匀。
  • 2.将20g全蛋液粉两次倒入黄油中,每次都要搅打至完全吸收再加下一次。
  • 3.称量好低粉,筛入黄油糊中。
  • 4.用橡皮刮刀切拌至五干粉状。
  • 5.用收轻抓成光滑的面团。盖上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷冻半小时。
  • 6.取出面团后,用擀面杖擀成2-3mm厚的面片。
  • 7.切成正方形小块。
  • 8.用心形模具刻出小面片。
  • 9.放在正方形面片上,用手指轻压一下。
  • 10.烤箱预热180度,中层,上下火,13-15分钟即可。烤好后,取出晾凉。
  • 11.将巧克力隔温水,融化。
  • 12.取一块饼干,用勺子背面抹上巧克力酱。
  • 13.最后撒上彩糖和彩针,然后放入冰箱冷藏半小时即可。
