  • 1.在菠萝三分之一处切开。
  • 2.把凤梨里面的果肉挖出来,别把凤梨外皮挖破哦,把凤梨的肉切成小丁放入碗中。
  • 3.其它辅料分别处理好。
  • 4.锅内放油烧热把青豆,玉米和胡萝卜先翻炒一下捞起。
  • 5.锅内继续放点油烧热,把虾仁倒入翻炒至变色把刚炒好的青豆,玉米和胡萝卜倒入,加少许盐和鸡精翻炒。
  • 6.准备一个小碗放入淀粉2克用少许水调匀倒入锅内翻炒至黏稠;把松仁和菠萝丁倒入一起搅拌均匀关火,最后把凤梨炒虾仁装入准备好的菠萝盅里。
  • 7.余下的就到在盘中,一道酸甜可口又解腻的菠萝虾仁就完成啦。
  • 8.附上小鸟的制作方法:把菠萝的头按图所示切成自己喜欢的样子,我把他切成小鸟的样子,有点丑别介意啊,胡萝卜顺斜度切一刀修出鸟的嘴巴用牙签穿好,和凤梨配合上;最后用牙签连着菠萝盅,在眼睛部位扎个眼放上芝麻就可以啦。
