沙棘软糖
做凉糕的时候就忍不住想到了软糖,以前那个芒果软糖的做法应该可以搬过来变成沙棘软糖。说不定颜色也会相似得难以分辨。
赶紧翻出芒果软糖的方子,依葫芦画瓢。熬煮的过程用不了多长时间,时间都用在等待凝固上。结成块的软糖脱模,切成小方块,再到白糖里滚上一圈,浑身覆满亮晶晶的砂糖颗粒,便大功告成。
好像跟市售的软糖也差不了多少了。酸酸甜甜,口感Q弹。。。

  • 沙棘果汁饮料105克
  • 白砂糖60克
  • 麦芽糖40克
  • 鱼胶粉10克

Steps to make 沙棘软糖

  • 1.用料:每颗美棘果汁饮料105克,白砂糖60克,麦芽糖40克,鱼胶粉10克
  • 2.将50克果汁倒入鱼胶粉,搅拌均匀。
  • 3.坐在热水中,搅拌至融化,备用。
  • 4.麦芽糖与砂糖一起倒入锅中,中小火加入至融化沸腾。
  • 5.倒入剩下的果汁,一边加热一边搅拌。
  • 6.加热至106度,
  • 7.倒入鱼胶粉果汁溶液,搅拌均匀,离火。
  • 8.倒入模具中,放入冰箱冷藏至凝固。
  • 9.取出。
  • 10.脱模。
  • 11.切成小方块,
  • 12.放入砂糖中滚上一圈。
  • 13.裹满砂糖,即可食用。
