黑芝麻花生汤圆
元宵节吃元宵,南方“包”汤圆,北方“滚”元宵,寓意着一家人在新的一年里团团圆圆,甜甜蜜蜜,这也是我国非常传统的民间习俗。
这款汤圆我和家人都爱吃,黑芝麻和花生不仅营养价值高,而且香味浓郁,入口软糯香甜非常适口。这款馅料每次我都会多做点放冰箱里,想吃的时候随时都可以包,非常方便。

Steps to make 黑芝麻花生汤圆

  • 1.食材:糯米粉(最好选用水磨粉)和馅料黑芝麻花生馅的做法:
  • 2.将糯米粉用温水和成团后密封放置20分钟
  • 3.将面团分成大小合适的剂子
  • 4.捏成小碗状
  • 5.放入馅料
  • 6.搓成圆形,汤圆的生坯便完成了
  • 7.盘上放一层纱布,再将包好的汤圆放在上面,这样在拿取的时候一点都不会粘底
  • 8.锅中倒入较多的清水,水开后放入汤圆,汤圆下锅后最好轻轻晃动一下锅子,让每个汤圆都能动起来,这样可以避免粘锅,盖上盖子中火煮制
  • 9.当汤圆都浮出水面时,用中小火再煮1-2分钟即可关火
  • 10.盛出便可享用啦,软糯香甜好味道哦!!!
