味噌豆腐紫菜汤
常在网上和电视剧里提出味噌汤,心里,这到底有多好喝,到底是啥味?偶尔在Hirom的Croger买到了一瓶浓缩的味噌汤料,回家做一做,到底是咋个好法。
顺便声明一下,只淡美食,不谈**岛,不想这里有什么政治的纷争。

  • 味噌汤料2大匙

Steps to make 味噌豆腐紫菜汤

  • 1.把豆腐切成小块,就盐水浸泡半小时;
  • 2.泡发好紫菜,去沙洗净;
  • 3.把豆腐滤水;
  • 4.开锅,放水,放豆腐、味噌汤料2大匙;
  • 5.等汤料化开,放紫菜,撒几下胡椒粉;
  • 6.烧至水开,关火,点入精盐调料,再加麻油1小匙,放几条香菜在面,OK。
